We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from UFH Kits. This Returns Policy outlines how to return unwanted, incorrect or faulty items, and what to expect from our refund process.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing by email within the 14-day period. Once authorised, goods must be returned within a further 14 days in their original, unused condition.
Returning Unwanted Items
- Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
- Special order or bespoke items (e.g. custom-sized manifolds or pre-assembled kits) are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were supplied in error or found to be defective.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
- Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
- If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos.
- We will arrange replacement parts or a collection at our expense where the issue is confirmed to be our error.
Faulty Goods
If an item develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We may ask for photos or testing confirmation. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to manufacturer warranty terms.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorisation number (RMA).
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a note with your order number, contact details and reason for return.
- Send to the address provided with your RMA confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days of receipt, depending on your card provider or payment platform.
Exclusions
- Used, installed or modified products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Cut-to-length pipe, cable or made-to-measure materials are exempt from cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
